HaDEA will launch a call for tenders to conclude a single framework contract for purchasing services to design, organise and implement a training and capacity-building programme on European Union health policy to build a strong network of EU health policy professionals.
Every year for four years, the programme will include:
- An annual in-service fellowship;
- Online and face-to-face workshops;
- Mentored collaborative research projects;
- An online platform;
- An annual forum.

Several stakeholders specialised in capacity-building for health policy development and implementation are active in Europe, delivering high-quality training and professional education.
